Improving Safety – By working with our police and fire officials to target and eliminate property crime and improve our fire resources.
Enhancing Our Quality of Life – By adding more public spaces for family time with our kids, improving our air and water quality, supporting our schools, and sprucing up our city.
Long time Signal Hill resident, Keir Jones is running for City Council to ensure that Signal Hill lives up to its full potential. Keir’s priorities include strengthening economic development, improving public safety, and enhancing our quality of life.
Keir is a business owner with an award winning State Farm Insurance agency. He will bring the creative and pragmatic leadership that earned his agency the Best of Long Beach for 4 consecutive years to the Signal Hill Council. Keir’s leadership goes beyond the workplace having served on the boards of the Legal Aid Foundation and as the President of the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
Keir grew up in San Clemente moving to Signal Hill after college and graduate school where he earned a degree in business, with emphasis in accounting and marketing. He lives in the West Bluff-Skyline HOA with his husband Thomas-Michael and his schnauzer Winston.
