(Signal Hill) – Today Keir Jones, local small businessman and candidate for Signal Hill City Council, announced the endorsement of current and outgoing Councilman Mike Noll.
“Keir Jones will make an excellent addition to the Signal Hill City Council,” said Noll. “He will deliver new energy and vision to build the future of our city. I look forward to voting for him and I am proud to endorse him.”
Jones thanked Noll for his legacy of service to the City of Signal Hill.
“I am so proud to have the support of Mike Noll, who not only helped lead Signal Hill through the Great Recession, but also built a strong record of development and public safety accomplishments,” said Jones. “His service as a five-time Mayor and longtime Councilman will not be forgotten soon.”

Recognized as one of “40 Under 40” by the Long Beach Post, he has also served on the board of the Legal Aid Foundation and as the President of the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
Keir grew up in San Clemente moving to Signal Hill after college and graduate school where he earned a degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting and marketing. He lives in the West Bluff-Skyline HOA with his husband, Thomas-Michael, and his schnauzer, Winston.
